Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of order to standard or express delivery service. Orders are only dispatched weekdays. Made to order deliveries are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Special deliveries can be arranged, please inquire! If we are out of stock on any item or if there is any difficulty with the delivery, you will be notified within 24 hours. We use various national and international delivery services dependent on task. Tracking and signature are always available and required.

Returns & Replacements

Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to customer damaged or expired. At LaTiendita we do out outmost to ensure safe packaging, and proper shelf life of all products dispatched.
